“Justina is amazingly intuitive about adjusting exercises. She also has great energy, and my session was not only fun, but very informational. We had a good session focusing on upper and lower body workouts, while paying special attention to an old, nasty ankle sprain that didn’t heal very well. Justina was able to quickly adapt when I told her certain exercises caused discomfort/instability. She pointed out how I compensated certain movements, and regressed exercises so I could do them properly and engage the correct muscles for each movement. I can tell she has a thorough understanding of body mechanics!” – Stacey G.
