“I could tell JZ thought really hard about my workout goals and planned an effective and thoughtful workout. He did a great job addressing my goals as a patient and kept me motivated with positive feedback.” – Lindsey K.
“I learned that being a transitional trainer requires a lot of creativity – you have to not only consider your client’s goals, but come up with exercises that interest them and are a good level of difficulty to keep them engaged and motivated. JZ managed to come up with exercises that were new and exciting! He was also great at pushing me and keeping me motivated.” – Lynn Ngo
