“My interest in health and fitness stems from my background as a soccer player. I grew up playing multiple sports like soccer, basketball, and volleyball. The sport I stuck with was soccer, which I played competitively from childhood to college. I then coached soccer teams, mentored youth sports camps, and worked as a personal trainer at a corporate gym.
My approach is well-rounded, and ultimately, I hope to inspire clients to adopt a healthy lifestyle. My aim is to integrate proper mechanics into all aspects of life – not just in exercise, but everyday activities. I want to instill a growth mindset in my clients to influence an ‘I can’ attitude towards exercises, rather than ‘I can’t’.”
