“I work with all individuals because movement is universal. However I have specifically trained to work with individuals dealing with acute or chronic injuries or conditions. I enjoy restoring lost function and building new skills with my clients.
My primary goal for my clients is to improve their relationship with their body. Our bodies should move the way we want them to move, feel the way we want them to feel and look the way we want them to look. Training is how we get there. Training should also be the most enjoyable hour of our day. If it’s not, then we are doing something wrong :).”
