Experience
“My fascination with the muscular system inspired me to become a massage therapist and I have been practicing now for eight years. I have worked with people of all ages, shapes, sizes and activity levels; from those looking to improve in their sport to those recovering from a knee or hip replacement. By working with clients over a period of weeks, months and years I have seen vast improvements in range of motion, flexibility, performance and most importantly, quality of life.”

Specialty
“I believe that in order to get the most out of life, we have to be able to get the most we can out of our bodies. I specialize in a muscularly focused firm Swedish massage, incorporating deep tissue, trigger point therapy, as well as Myofascial release techniques. My style of massage is invigorating and stimulating, and I approach each session by taking the entire body into consideration when asking the question “How can we make this better?” Each body has its own unique story; so through intuition, precise and purposeful strokes, and open communication, I am able to feel what is going on beneath the skin – where the musculature is able to function properly and where it needs extra attention.”
