What
do I wear for a physical therapy treatment?
Wear comfortable clothes to move around in while being
evaluated or treated. If you are being treated for a below
the waist injury, we prefer shorts or pants that can be
moved up to the mid thigh region. If you are being treated
for a shoulder or neck injury, we prefer a tank top or
a sports bra. Runners should bring their running shoes.

How
much time do I spend with the physical therapist?
On the initial evaluation you will be with the therapist
for an hour, and then be instructed in a home program or a

treatments you will be with the therapist for 30 minutes,
then with an aide for an additional 30 minutes for an exercise
program designed by your physical therapist. |

We prefer you to keep consistent with the initial physical
