| Pilates-based core strengthening
tones the deep musculature of the abdominals and back while
increasing postural awareness. Building strength in the core
improves athletic performance, creates ease of movement, and
helps to prevent many common injuries.
We offer Pilates as part of our physical therapy treatment
plan, as well as group mat classes on a rotating schedule.
Our instructors are also physical therapists at Presidio
Sport & Medicine. They bring new challenges and up-to-date
information to our clients. |
