SIX WEEKS? Each
class is structured as a six-week progressive series of classes.
We have found this progression gives participants the most
benefit. Committing to a series also guarantees you a mat
and gives you the best deal! Drop-ins are welcome on a first-come,
first-served basis if space allows.
CLASS
SIZE:
Classes are limited to 15 participants in order to provide
individualized attention.
