Our Pilates Mat Class is temporarily unavailable.
This challenging yet gentle class is suitable for all populations, including those with limitations due to injury. With focus on thorough technique, functional core strength, redevelopment due to injury, and reprieve from the stresses of modern life, we guide you towards whole-body fitness from the center out. This class is open for all levels.

Cost: $90 for six-class series or $17 drop-in per class
Why Six-Week Series:
Each class is structured as a six-week progressive series of classes. We have found this progression gives participants the most benefit. Committing to a series also guarantees you a spot in class and gives you the best deal! Drop-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis if space allows. We will do our best to never turn a drop-in away.
Classes are limited to 12 participants in order to provide the individualized attention you deserve.

What to Bring:
Please wear attire that is comfortable and allows you to move freely for exercise. All equipment will be provided, including mats, props, water, and exercise towels. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
Can’t Make This Series?
Not to worry! We have more group Pilates mat classes running throughout the year. Typically our schedule is six weeks of classes, followed by a one-week break, then another six weeks of classes.
