Presidio Sport & Medicine continually pursues insurance contracts in order to provide flexibility and access to our patients. We are currently in-network with many insurance carriers, the most common of which are listed below. Please note, we are not contracted with any HMO plans at this time.

Since each plans' benefits vary, we encourage all our patients to contact their insurance companies to inquire about their out-patient physical therapy benefits. Our staff may also check on your benefits as a courtesy prior to your first visit, however, any benefits given to PSM on your behalf are not a guarantee of payment by your insurance company. All insurance providers decide at the time of processing each claim how much they will allow.

For those without health insurance or insurance that we cannot accept, we offer competitive self-pay rates.
