clients are my partners, their goals are my goals,
and I strive for success with them every step
of the way. I believe in integration of body and
mind and take a holistic approach by educating
clients on nutrition, fitness, stress management
and behavior modification.
I have been in the fitness industry for 7 years,
working in both the corporate and private sectors
of fitness. I have experience teaching group circuit
training and boot camp style classes and worked
as a wellness coordinator for a corporate fitness
company. I have had a private personal training
and weight management coaching business since
