My goal
is to teach clients how to focus on the core postural
muscles, the awareness of breath and the alignment
of the spine through encouraging a thorough understanding
of the principles of Pilates using creative visualization.
I believe that keeping the body balanced and the
deep torso muscles strong is not only essential
to help ease and prevent back pain but also provides
support for the spine which serves as a foundation
for improvements and/or preparation for nearly all
other athletic and daily activities.
