Pilates following a dance injury. Pilates helped
balance my body whilst I learned to maintain strength
and flexibility. With extensive experience in movement
and an eye for fine detail, I am able to identify
and correct body alignment and muscle patterning
problems, helping to relieve muscle tension and
pain. I have also worked extensively with Pre and
Post Natal students. My mission is to design Pilates
workouts to meet your fitness and/or rehabilitative
goals. I love this method of movement because it’s
efficient, effective and FUN!"
