My goal
is to teach clients the fundamentals of Pilates
in a fun and challenging way, bringing balance,
strength and flexibility into daily activities and
athletics. As a long distance runner, I turned to
Pilates to incorporate more cross training into
my routine. Pilates helped me to find more balance
in my body and greatly improved my flexibility,
helping to prevent injuries and improve my form.
