Presidio Sport & Medicine (PSM) continually strives to build stronger relationships - in and out of the clinic. By applying its expertise in the medical field, the PSM staff is able to provide exceptional services to the greater athletic and orthopedic communities.

From giving lectures on injury prevention, race day nutrition and hyponatremia, to offering water classes at the local YMCA, as well as providing medical services in the Hawaii Ironman medical tent, PSM staff frequently imparts its knowledge locally and beyond. Additionally, PSM acts as injury consultants to YMCA triathlon groups, the AIDS Marathon teams, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team-In-Training (run, mountain bike, triathlon teams), TRI Team San Francisco, and the Marin County school district athletics.

The groups may differ, but the focus is always the same - to help members of the athletic and orthopedic communities reach their goals by providing them with education, optimism, innovation and teamwork.
